FREE Online Community Mindfulness Sessions
You are invited to a series of FREE Online Meditation sessions during the month of April
During these times of uncertainty and isolation it can be hard to find something solid to lean on. These restorative sessions are my way of offering support and compassion during these challenging times.
So whether you’ve never tried meditation or mindfuless practices before, or you are an experienced practitioner, there is no time more perfect to practice with a community than now.
Who is it for?
Everyone welcome …
- Those who need help with sleep
- Sensitive souls who are feeling stressed or anxious
- Anyone who needs some calm guidance
- Those who are feeling the strain of being stuck in a confined space
- Parents who desperately need some ‘me’ time
- Beginners & Experienced practitioners
These FREE weekly half hour sessions are for everyone, and are intended to help you carve out a nurturing space, to get you away from the internal and external noise, and find some peace and quiet. We will meet as a community right from my home to yours.SO if you are missing a sense of community, could do with a calming influence, or need to settle a racing mind…we will be here.
When are the sessions?
We will be meeting each Sunday evening in April from 7.30-8pm (AEST) for a combination of seated mindfulness meditation and lying restorative practices.

About Your Teacher
Michelle Seelig is a Mind Body Practitioner who uses evidence-based practices to support your mental health and physical wellbeing. She holds a Masters Degree in Art Therapy, a Graduate Certificate in Counselling, a Bachelor of Education In Dance, has extensive experience as a Fitness Consultant and Personal Trainer, and is a qualified Level 2 Yoga and Meditation Instructor with 20+ years experience. Her group classes and private sessions take a very holistic approach, integrating mind-body interventions, yogic philosophy, meditation and pranayama breath control.
My life continues to be enriched through my own personal yoga and meditation practice. I strive to pass on its rewards by making the practice accessible, enjoyable and rewarding for everyone. There are no barriers to embarking on this path. Everyone can learn to meditate.
These sessions are conducted in a safe, supportive and caring environment.

Online Yoga and Mindfulness Classes
We are all feeling as though we are living in uncertain times, and that creates fear and anxiety, and for that reason now, more than ever, we need to keep perspective, breathe and not feed the frenzy.
With the birth of something new comes labour pains, whether that be the stress of homeschooling, anxiety associated with uncertainty, cabin fever or the fear of social isolation.
With most of us already living in conditions of enforced slowness and distancing I want to be able to offer opportunity for connection, togetherness and support.
I will be offering ONLINE yoga and mindfulness classes. We will meet as a community right from home. I will be able to see you and you will see me.
My intention is that these Home Bodies and Minds classes will add to your lives at this time, when we are being given the opportunity to work less, spend time with loved ones, chat, read, play music, cook, and engage in all the pleasures we had forgotten to cultivate as we were chasing other things.

Work with me one-on-one OR gather a group of friends, a group of kids, teens, or siblings who could do with some yoga or anxiety management or come together as a family for a group experience. We will meet online together for a class.
I use evidence-based practices to help you move well, improve mood, calm the nervous system, improve concentration and sleep. No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary.

Surviving VCE Happy, Healthy And Stress Free
Stress not only compromises your child’s ability to achieve their full academic potential but it can also take a toll on their health, their relationships with friends and family and their emotional wellbeing. Many report experiencing insomnia, anxiety and panic attacks as a result.
This workshop has been created to provide year 11 and 12 students with the strategies and tools they need to help manage stress and anxiety and maintain wellbeing throughout their VCE years.
Using targeted yoga, meditation, mindfulness and breathing techniques students will come away with a clear understanding of how to :
- calm the nervous system and reduce overwhelm
- release tension from the mind and body to help improve concentration and sleep
- breathing techniques to help manage anxiety and panic attacks
- fuel the body for better energy and concentration
- move the body to improve mood, sense of wellbeing and happiness
(No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary)

Resilience for Tweens (10-14 years) and Parents
Resiliency helps our children navigate the inevitable hurdles, challenges and triumphs of childhood and adolescence. Resilient kids also become resilient adults, able to survive and thrive in the face of life’s unavoidable stressors.
This workshop offers a unique opportunity to connect with your tween and explore resilience together using art and yoga in a fun, gentle, supportive environment. You do not need any previous yoga or creative experience to be a part of this workshop. You do however need to bring a sense of curiosity and a willingness to spend some precious, uninterrupted time with your child exploring and connecting.
