Self Massage and Restorative Yoga Workshop
When? 7-8.30pm Tuesday 3rd August, 2021
What? This 90 minute workshop is for everyone who needs some self care. No yoga experience is necessary.
We will be combining nurturing, restorative practices with self-massage techniques for a super relaxing session.
Self Massage and Restorative Yoga are an ideal combination for:
- releasing tension and reducing pain
- improving flexibility
- triggering the relaxation response, calming the nervous system and achieving a meditative state
I will be sharing all of my favourite techniques and ways that you can adapt them for your body.
NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. BEGINNERS WELCOME.
