We all deserve to be well and happy in body, mind and spirit.  However the challenges of maintaining a healthy lifestyle in our busy, modern lives is becoming increasingly difficult. Good nutrition, physical movement, managing stress and an understanding of environmental factors all contribute to our overall sense of wellbeing and happiness.

I am based in Melbourne, Australia and offer workshops to small private groups, primary and secondary schools, corporate groups and women’s events.

Integrating the elements of diet and nutrition, lifestyle, movement, meditation and mindfulness, and where appropriate therapeutic art, participants come away with a deeper understanding of principles and strategies that bring about change, and ultimately lead to a greater sense of health and happiness.
